Come stay in our spacious one story single family home that features 7 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms fully kitchen and a private heated pool(*).

Our home is very well located in Lake Berkley Resort with short walking distance to the lake berkley, where you may walking or fishing. There are also community heated pool, gym, volley court, basketball tennis court and kids playground.

Ground Floor

The living room is spacious with a two 3 seats sofa and loveseat to relax and enjoy the 55 inch SMART TV. This area opens to the partially covered and fully screened lanai and pool area. Lounge chairs to enjoy the Florida sun.

Dining table seats 10 and another 3 at barstool. If you feel like cooking the beautiful fully kitchen appliances is ready for you. All of this is designed to be open and family ready.

Laundry room with Washing Machine, Dryer, Iron, Iron table and clothesline.

This family friendly home also offers free WIFI.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
